Sweeney Chevrolet wanted to increase opportunity for car sales by generating more leads from their number one source, the dealer’s website! While the dealer saw some success with past finance and appraisal third party tools, they knew they could achieve higher monthly lead results. The eAutoAppraise application walks potential buyers through three simple steps of getting a trade-in value for their current vehicle: Select Your Trade-in, Select Your Replacement Vehicle, then Get Results, all in real time!

Customers can also upload photos or video of their current trade-in to verify the vehicle’s condition, which puts more power into the hands of the dealer. With customizable appraisal values powered by NADAguides, dealers will have a choice as far as how aggressive they want to be with the value given to a customer for their trade-in. Real Time incentives for all manufacturers and special programs available are the key to conversion. eAutoAppraise integrates with any website provider as well as CreditMiner, a soft-pull credit pre-approval application.

CreditMiner – The Virtual Credit Consultant (VCC) software, powered by CreditMiner, was developed specifically for auto dealers looking to pre-qualify customers on their websites, including desktop, mobile or tablet, while using real-time TransUnion credit scores. The Virtual Credit Consultant does not ask for a social security number and utilizes the “soft pull” method, meaning the credit check will not show up on the consumer’s credit report. These two factors alone will increase the number of credit applications a dealership receives without impacting the consumer’s credit score or history.
