Dealer eProcess Crossfits for a Cause

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. To do our part, our Director of Software Development, Dan Witten, and Automotive Digital Marketing Strategist, Gino Cipperoni, will be participating in “Barbells For Boobs”, an annual breast cancer awareness fundraiser.  The pair will team up this Saturday, October 11th, to do a CrossFit workout as a part of the nationwide charity event. While hundreds of gyms will be participating across the country at various times and locations, Team Dealer eProcess will be completing their charity “WOD” (workout) in Lisle, at CrossFit Amplify.  The gym is located at 1962 Ohio Street, Lisle, IL 60532, and the team will be participating in the 11 AM heat. We invite anyone in the area to come and cheer on Gino and Dan as they compete.

Together, Gino and Dan will be completing 2 classic CrossFit workouts, named “Helen” and “Grace”. This is a partner effort where each team gets one pull-up bar, one kettlebell, and one barbell. Each team of two completes the “Helen” workout, then completes “Grace” immediately afterwards. They can tag in and out, but both athletes must complete the 400-meter runs in the “Helen” workout. The score is the total time it takes the team to complete both portions of the workout.

“Helen” is 3 rounds of:
Run 400 meters, then
21 Kettlebell Swings @ 55 pounds, then
12 Pull-ups

“Grace” is:
30 Clean & Jerks For Time @ 135 pounds

Our goal is to raise at least $500 for the cause! For those who can make a donation, donations can be made here:

Donate to Team Dealer eProcess!

As an extra incentive to donate, after the workout, Dan and Gino will do a burpee (or another movement/lift) for each $10 Team Dealer eProcess can raise!
