Been with Dealer e-Process for over a year now. We are a large autogroup and always found it very difficult working with our older vendors Dealer.com and Dealeron. The customer service is outstanding at Dealer e-Process. It's nice to know I can pick up the phone and not be "put through the system" of a large company when I need help. Dave Page and his staff has gotten us to the top of the search engines with their SEO techniques and we are generating leads more than ever by blanketing the first page of Google in Chicago for all the brands we sell. When we agreed to have you build a new site I had no idea that this could be done as quickly and professionally as it was completed. I was not use to that kind of service or anything close to it. From the receptionist to the developers and programmers everyone went above and beyond the "Call of Duty" to make sure that the site was as presented and more.
Because of our partnership I finally feel like I can get back to selling cars and stop what seemed to be a career in programming that was doomed from the start. The website is great looking and works as good as it looks with features that I did not have on the old site and didn't know existed.

You can buy a zillion leads but if you can't get them in the door you're dead. Dealer e-Process does a terrific job of getting the customers into the door. Once we get them into the store, we can sell them.Our salesmen are crazy about it because they know there is a high percentage chance they can sell a customer who walks in the door.

I am beyond happy with Dealer e-Process. We came from a Dealerskins website and its old outdated technology to an SEO lead generating machine. We were no where to be found online before they took over our site. The SEO report they send us monthly lets us know exactly where we stand on the keywords and phrases that mean something to us. Our site was done in 7 days start to finish. The biggest thing I like is "I can make all the changes myself". When I had Dealerskins I had to call, and then wait a week to get something done. As everyone here knows, as an Internet Manager I am in charge of producing more with less. Dealer e-Process has Live Chat that is administered by them - not the dealership. I dont have time to waste or money to burn paying a BDC person to do live chat for the dealership. Biggest problem is, we have a ton of traffic across 17 websites for our dealership. Dealer e-Process greets every customer that comes to the website with live agents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have generated over a 1000 leads in one months time by simply using their service to greet every customer WITHOUT the customer having to initiate the contact. Check this service out, its cheap and they do a great job generating web browsers into leads.
