Inventory Issues

My pricing hasn't updated or cars are missing from the website. What's wrong?
To begin, we do not dial into Dealer Management Systems. We accept text feeds containing a list of all vehicles active in your inventory along with detailed information on those vehicles.
Inventory feeds are run once a day per website. If the information in the feed is incorrect, the database will reflect that information until a new, accurate feed is sent to us. We coordinate the time we run inventory processing around the time we receive feed.
My pricing is showing "Call for Price". What does this mean?
We use the "sellingprice" column to display and calculate pricing information. If the value in that column is less than $500, a "Call for Price" message will appear. In most cases, the price is set to 0 in the feed we receive. If the price is set to 0, it means the vehicles are not priced in your DMS or that the mapping between the feed provider and your DMS is incorrect.
How often is inventory run?
Once per day, in most cases early in the morning.
My photos are not appearing on the website. What is going on?
Each time inventory is run, we check for updated photos on each vehicle. If the photos are exactly the same, the photos will not be updated. If there are new photos, those photos will be downloaded, thumb-nailed, and applied to the vehicle.
How often are manufacturer incentives and promotions updated?
Manufacturer incentive and rebate information is updated multiple times throughout the day.
My incentives information is wrong on a vehicle. How can I get this fixed?
Manufacturer incentive information is retrieved by VIN number. If a vehicle is displaying incorrect promotions, please send an email to webdev@dealereprocess.com and we will look into this issue. Please send the stock number(s) along with the promotion information that is incorrect.
