Introducing the beginning of a frictionless website experience, Dealer eProcess has rolled out ‘One-Touch Forms.’ Customers won’t have to bother with re-typing the same information over and over, which is beneficial for them and for you!

We’ve all had the annoying experience of adding in our contact information multiple times to complete an online order. Speed and convenience are the names of the game when it comes to website experience, which is where our One-Touch Forms come into play. When a customer fills out a lead form in one place on your site, such as a Get ePrice form, that data will automatically be stored. Then, when they go to fill out another form, like a Confirm Availability form, it will already be pre-populated with the correct info.

Not only is this new functionality automatically rolled out on each Dealer eProcess website, dealers can turn on the “fill out with Facebook” and “fill out with Google” update.  Our One-Touch forms and Social Customer Info Capture leaves the work to the site, not the user.
